Kevin is one of our personal trainers who helps their clients to achieve certain fitness goals, such as weight loss, strength training, toning, or overall health management. Since everybody is different and not every person has the same level of fitness, it is important that a trainer customizes the exercises to the needs, physical state and goals of every client individually. He does this by formulating a training regiment and workout routines that build over time. Personal trainers are not necessarily nutritionists, however they can advise clients health and nutrition plans by recommending what foods to incorporate in your everyday life and which foods to avoid.
Kevin is 28 years old and both German and American. He's been doing strength training ever since he started Basketball at the age of 13. Since 2015 Kevin has been working as a Sports and Fitness Administrator as well as a Personal Trainer. Kevin also owns a certification in rehabilitation training, which is helpful for injury prevention and creating a workout to make clients feel better and stronger. He uses different elements from bodybuilding, crossfit, rehabilitation and functional training to create safe and effective workouts that achieve the client's desired goals.
